Announcing the Sixth Cohort of JA Worldwide Fellows
February 20, 2025
We are pleased to announce the sixth cohort of JA Worldwide Fellows, a distinguished group of JA leaders from across the global JA network. Launched in 2018, this prestigious global staff development initiative cultivates leadership, mentorship, and strategic skills among high-potential JA leaders through a blend of virtual leadership training, in-person development experiences, and transformational coaching sessions.
A Global Staff Development Initiative
The JA Worldwide Fellows program is a cornerstone of JA’s commitment to developing human capital across our network. The program fosters leadership growth within the JA ecosystem and inspires local JA offices to deepen their investment in staff development. By the end of the fellowship, participants will have:
Developed deep expertise in servant-based leadership principles, enhancing their ability to empower teams, coach colleagues, foster psychological safety, and improve communication.
Gained profound self-awareness, learning to operate at their best with ease and confidence.
Significantly boosted their productivity, motivation, and alignment with their personal and professional purpose.
Contributed to a regional or global project of strategic importance to JA Worldwide.
Strengthened key competencies, including fundraising, educational pedagogy, operations management, communications and marketing, design thinking, digital expertise, and more.
Impactful Initiatives and Contributions
Each cohort of JA Worldwide Fellows takes part in high-impact initiatives. Past Fellows have contributed to projects such as the development of JA Worldwide’s global onboarding initiative, the launch of GLC Virtual, and the Women in Global Leadership Development Conference. This year’s cohort will continue to build on this legacy by participating in transformative initiatives that shape JA’s global success.
